These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 5hhh ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit or using any service offered on the 5hhh platform at 5hhh.onl, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform in any capacity. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your own reference. We reserve the right to request proof of identity and age at any point. Verification documents may include a CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification. Account functionality may be restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed. Funds in a non-verified account may be held pending successful verification.
If we have reason to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately and any winnings voided. We take this seriously and encourage parents and guardians to use parental control tools to prevent minors accessing gambling platforms.
Each player is permitted to hold one account on the 5hhh platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through other individuals — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited depending on the circumstances.
You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. This includes bets placed, deposits made and any communications sent through your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow anyone else to use your account.
Your account balance is held in PKR. All transactions, bets and winnings are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. Account balances do not earn interest and are not considered a financial deposit in any banking or regulatory sense.
You may update your contact details through your account settings. Any change to name, date of birth or national identity information requires re-verification and must be supported by valid documentation. Name changes intended to circumvent identity checks will not be permitted.
5hhh accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as made available on the deposit page from time to time. We do not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment source must belong to the registered account holder.
Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In cases where there is a delay, please contact support with your transaction reference. Deposits are not subject to any processing fee charged by 5hhh, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Every deposit and withdrawal on 5hhh is processed in Pakistani Rupees. There is no currency conversion step, no hidden exchange rate margin and no international transaction fee applied by the platform. What you deposit is what appears in your balance.
You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, or to a verified bank account or wallet registered to the account holder.
Before a withdrawal is approved, the following conditions must be met:
Standard withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. VIP tier members receive priority processing with faster turnaround times. The platform aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's own processing schedule.
5hhh reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing large withdrawals. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not indicative of any wrongdoing. We will communicate clearly if additional documentation is needed and aim to resolve verification holds as quickly as possible.
Withdrawals will not be approved to third-party accounts. The destination must be a payment method registered to the same person who owns the 5hhh account. Attempted withdrawals to unverified or mismatched accounts will be declined and the funds returned to the account balance.
5hhh offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP-specific rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.
The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:
5hhh monitors bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing offsetting bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, or using automated tools. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be subject to account closure.
5hhh reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion before any change is made will be treated under the terms that were active when they opted in.
All games on the 5hhh platform — including slots, live casino, fish games, sports betting and any other titles in the game lobby — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet.
Game outcomes on certified RNG (Random Number Generator) titles are determined by independently verified random number generation systems. The results are not influenced by previous outcomes, account history or any other external factor. Live casino outcomes are determined by physical game events (cards dealt, roulette spin, dice result) observed through live stream.
All betting disputes must be raised with customer support within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. 5hhh's decision on all betting disputes is final following internal review.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5hhh platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:
5hhh takes fraud and financial crime seriously. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect illegal activity, we reserve the right to freeze account balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies where required.
5hhh may suspend or close a player's account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to do so. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, any of the prohibited conduct listed in Section 08, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period, or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited if it is determined that the balance was accumulated through activity that violated these Terms. Where the account is closed for other reasons and no breach is established, the verified account holder is entitled to withdraw their balance subject to the standard withdrawal conditions.
Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and the resulting balance will be available for withdrawal.
If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, you can request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to log in, deposit or receive promotional communications. Contact support to request self-exclusion.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
