Registration takes about three minutes. Click the Register link, enter a unique username, your mobile number and a strong password. You will receive a one-time PIN on your mobile to verify the number — enter it and your account is ready. There are no sign-up fees and no lengthy forms to fill in.

On the login page tap Forgot password? and enter your registered mobile number. An OTP will be sent within a few seconds. Enter the OTP, set a new password and you are back in. If your registered number is no longer active, contact support through live chat and they will guide you through identity verification.

Accounts are temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security precaution. Wait 15 minutes, then try again with the correct password. If the lock persists, use the forgot password option or contact live support. Never share your login details with anyone — this is the most common cause of unauthorised access.

No. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and may result in the suspension of all linked accounts along with any associated balances. If you think someone else has registered with your details, contact support immediately so the issue can be investigated and resolved.

For changes to your registered mobile number, an OTP verification on both the old and new number is required for security. Getting your winnings out

Log in, go to the Cashier or Wallet section and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred method — the same options used for deposits are available — enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Make sure the receiving account details match what is registered on your 5hhh profile. Mismatched details are the most common cause of withdrawal delays.

Most withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few hours. Bank transfers typically complete within one business day. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from priority processing, which can significantly reduce the waiting time. A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough) is the total amount you need to bet before bonus-linked winnings become withdrawable.
